Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as all sales are final.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure everything is just right. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds/Exchanges

At 333 jewels, we strive to provide high-quality products you’ll love. While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, we’re here to assist in the rare case of a damaged product.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@email.333jewels.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include pictures of the item along with the mail subject line: ENQUIRY - [Your Name] - [Order Number].

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the return, you’ll need to send the item back within 5 days of approval. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, including dust bags.

Since we don’t currently offer a reverse pickup service, we kindly ask you to arrange your own courier for the return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement within 2-7 days (shipping on us!) or issue store credit of the same value within 2-7 days based on availability.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these guidelines.
