Cancellation

  • We currently do not offer cancellations.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as all sales are final. 

  • We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure everything is just right. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.​

Refunds/Exchanges

 

  • At 333 jewels, we strive to provide high-quality products you’ll love. While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, we’re here to assist in the rare case of a damaged product.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@email.333jewels.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include pictures of the item along with the mail subject line: ENQUIRY - [Your Name] - [Order Number].​

  • Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the return, you’ll need to send the item back within 5 days of approval. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, including dust bags.​

  • Since we don’t currently offer a reverse pickup service, we kindly ask you to arrange your own courier for the return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement within 2-7 days (shipping on us!) or issue store credit of the same value within 2-7 days based on availability.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these guidelines.
